About the website
Who owns the domain?
We register it under Gyeol's account with you as the owner on record. If you ever leave, we transfer the domain to your own account as is.
Do I have to write the text?
Only the facts — menu, hours, address, prices. Gyeol drafts the introduction and you edit it. Gyeol writes the five languages.
Can I edit it myself later?
Care plans from 99,000 KRW include the editor. Change text and photos and the six-language site, the app and the Instagram cards change together. On the 39,000 KRW plan, send us a message and Gyeol makes the change.
Is the "app" really an app?
Not one you download from an app store. The website sits on the phone's home screen as an icon and opens full-screen. To customers it looks just like an app; for you there's no review, annual fee or update burden. If you do need a store listing, just ask.
Do you work with clinics?
Yes. Before publishing we screen for wording banned in medical advertising (promised results, superlatives, testimonials, before-and-after photos, discounts), and we open foreign-language pages only for clinics registered to receive foreign patients. The contract states that responsibility for advertising content lies with the clinic.
Do you build online shops?
No shops with payments. We focus on websites that present your place and bring people in. Booking and enquiry forms are included.
About pricing and care
Is the domain charged separately?
Yes, at cost. A .com or .co.kr runs around 20,000 KRW a year. We register it under Gyeol's account with you as the owner.
Does the site go down if I don't take a care plan?
No. Hosting is part of the build fee, so the site stays up without a care plan. Care is the hand that makes changes — not a fee for keeping the lights on.
Can I change plans later?
Up or down, month by month. No penalty.
Can you issue a tax invoice?
Yes, for business customers. Prices exclude VAT.
I don't have photos. Is that a problem?
We add a half-day shoot (Basic and Six Languages when you have no photos; included for Medical). Until then, drafts use placeholder photos.
About referral commissions
What does a partner do?
Introduce the shop and have them sign up with your code. That's it. Building, caring and dealing with the customer is Gyeol's job.
When is the commission paid?
The month the shop pays the build fee, and every month for twelve months on the care fee. The partner page shows your total and what's pending.
Does it work from abroad?
Yes. You receive the amount after transfer fees. Details are on the Work with us page.
